Welcome to our FAQ section. Below are a few answers to general questions you may have about our garden buildings with a number of more specific points via the link buttons. We hope that these help in your decision to proceed with the purchase fo a garden room. Do you build all the garden rooms yourselves ?
YES - We design and manufacture each garden room to order in our work shop in Kent.
Can I use my garden room all year round ?
YES - Timber buildings are naturally warm in the winter and cooling in the summer.
How long will I have to wait ?
Our lead times vary throughout the year and will depend on planning requirements but generally speaking the installation of your garden room will take place 6-10 weeks after order placement.
How long does it take to erect ?
This will depend on the location and size of the garden room and the ease fo access to site. However we would expect that your garden room will be ready for you to move into within four to five days.
What can I use a garden room for ?
In short - anything you wish! Our garden rooms are ideal as offices in the garden, pool rooms, gyms, art studios as well as plain and simply as a summerhouse. We also offer accomodation units suitable for extra bedrooms and granny annexes.
How long will my garden room last ?
We guarantee each garden room for a minimum of 10 years and if properly maintained a timber building can last a lifetime.
How do I get a site visit ?
Easy! All you need to do is contact us via an e-mail or telephone and an expert will be able to book a convenient time for an appointment.
Can I get a quote without a site visit ?
YES - You can obtain a quick quote via the link which will be mailed back to you within 7 days. Or for a more detailed quotation you are welcome to e-mail or send us a sketch with your requirements.
Is a garden room environmentally friendly ?
YES - We only use timber in our manufacture which is sourced from sustainable forests and our buildings are insulated to give a U-value of 0.25.
