What foundations are required for a garden building to stand on ?

We recommend a layout of small concrete pad foundations but concrete piers or a raft are just as suitable.

Can I complete the foundation work myself ?

If you are completing the foundation work yourself we will provide detailed site plans and liaise with your builder, otherwise we are happy to quote for the foundations and project manage the whole process.

How do I get power to my garden room ?

Prior to the erection of your garden building we will require a suitable electrical supply in the form of an SWA cable, details of which will be provided with your quotation. Internally; lighting, heating and electrical sockets are wired and positioned as per your requirements and tested in line with current part P regulations.
